Please provide the following contact information, including name and address; the name and age of your rescued dog; where and when you rescued your Weimaraner, and if possible, please attach a photo of you dog. We would also like to hear your funniest or most memorable thing you have experienced with your rescued dog. If you do not have an emailable photo, you will be sent a mailing address to which you can send your photo - it will be returned.
